How do you stay fabulous?My day begins with a mindfulness exercise. I journal in a quiet space filled with peaceful music. It serves to remind me of what I'm grateful for- family, friends, the beauty of nature, art and my career. Growing up in a seaside community, the beach and swimming continue to be my oasis. I swim laps at the local recreation center and nourish my body with clean foods.
What would you do with the $40,000?As a speech language pathologist working with neurodiverse students on the autism spectrum I'm passionate about building upon individual strengths. Given the opportunity to build upon shared interests we can enrich and empower communities. I would donate a portion of the proceeds to support advocacy.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
