All photos you submit must be a minimum of 150KB and a maximum of 10MB. The profile photo is designed to use a landscape image (horizontal orientation, I.E. 700x560) and will not allow for the full image to be displayed if you are trying to use a portrait (vertical) image instead. If your problem persists, you may try uploading from a different device and/or browser.
We recommend trying to vote again from a different device or browser, as this will often fix most issues. Another possibility could be that it has not been a full 24 hours since your last vote. If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact our Support Team and we will be happy to help.
Look for your profile link in any of our official Competition emails. You can easily copy and share the link with anyone you’d like.
If you do not have a Facebook account, you can use the "Verification by Card" process. Voters must have a Facebook or a valid card to place Free Daily Votes. We use these methods of verification to reduce fraudulent voting from bots and automated voting software.
Yes, the Competition is open to international Registrants/Competitors.
You can use your Free Daily Vote once every 24 hours and you can cast "HOPE Votes" for your favorite Competitor at any time.
There will always be a slight delay from the time you change your profile photo to the time your photo is updated for Facebook sharing. We recommend minimizing the number of times you update your profile photo to prevent this delay.
Voting for the Fab Over 40 opens on 10/09/2023, and voting will close on 12/22/2023. There are multiple rounds in the Competition, and you can find detailed information on the Competition schedule on the rules page.
We have a strict “no refund” policy which Voters agree to when they make a purchase. Since winners are decided based upon votes the public casts, we do not issue refunds once a vote has been fully processed in our system. As a Voter, you are responsible for understanding this upon casting votes for models competing in the Competition.
Each Competitor is randomly assigned a Group at the beginning of the Competition. There are multiple rounds in the Competition, and you’re only competing against the other Competitors within your Group for the first few rounds. We make every effort to ensure that Groups contain an equal number of Competitors throughout the Competition.
Yes! Every purchased vote is a direct donation to DTCare and are deductible for federal income tax purposes. DTCare will then subsequently make a grant to National Breast Cancer Foundation after the winner is announced. Donors will receive a receipt via email.
No. We will never contact Competitors directly via social media DMs. There are copycat/fraudulent accounts that exist and may offer services aimed at selling you fake votes or promotions within the Competition. Do not engage with or provide any personal information to these accounts and report them as spam.
No. Our system is designed to detect these services and the fraudulent votes will not count towards your vote total. For more information regarding automated voting services please review the Competition Rules.

National Breast Cancer Foundation is one of the foremost support organizations for those affected by breast cancer. Over the last decade, NBCF has provided over 192,000 mammograms, over 858,000 patient navigation services, and over 240,000 breast health education services to women in need. DTCare selected NBCF as the designated grantee of this year's competition to help provide the funding needed to continue expanding the reach of these programs.
Many charities with honorable missions lack the bandwidth to run effective fundraising campaigns year-round. Through this competition, DTCare allows the National Breast Cancer Foundation to spend less time raising funds, and more time focusing on their mission.
