I believe that as you age you grow wiser and more discerning. I feel that my relationship with God has deepened as I have grown older and so I have joy and peace no matter my circumstance. You learn to value things that are lasting, like family, good friends, and being a woman of integrity. Not letting your happiness be dictated by your emotions, people or circumstances which only comes with life experience and understanding as you age.
How do you stay fabulous?I like to stay active and love spending time with my family doing all kinds of things like; boating, skiing, swimming, sightseeing, theme parks, and traveling. I have scoliosis in my back and had back surgery a few years ago so, I like to take Hot Yoga and pilates classes to keep flexible and healthy. Also, I love being outdoors and enjoy walks with my husband. All of these things combined give me an active, full, and healthy life.
What would you do with the $40,000?Wow, 40,000! We would do a number of things with that money. First, we would give some to our church's Kingdom Builder program whose goal is to reach the physical and spiritual needs of people around the world. Save some, invest and apply some toward a car for our 17-year old. My husband and I will be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary in 3 years, so we want to take a cruise that visits Italy, Greece, France, and Spain. We would definitely be booking our trip with some of the money!
