What I love about being over 40 is the resilience that comes from overcoming life’s struggles. I've faced challenges, traveled the world, lived in 4 countries, and built my own business, all of which have deepened my spiritual journey and made me stronger. I’ve learned to prioritize health, creativity, and inner peace. This stage of life is about embracing growth, celebrating imperfections, and appreciating the wisdom gained from every experience along the way.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by nurturing my body and mind. I meditate, work out, and gratitude journal to stay grounded and energized. Laughter keeps me light-hearted, and a growth mindset fuels my youthful energy. My daily routines include lemon water, herbal tea, and fresh juice, ensuring I nourish myself from the inside out. My friends are an amazing support team for me and I also love going out and have great chats and lots of laughs.
What would you do with the $40,000?Thank you and the universe and then pay off debt, take my daughters away for a vacation and save the rest.
