I love the fact that my confidence keeps me determined and knowing that a bad season in life does not equal a bad life. We all go through periods of testing and trials and life can present challenges that may slow me down however encouragement can provide hope, motivation and courage.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by engaging in physical activity at least 3 times per week. I engage in healthy eating but I do have a sweet tooth and realizing that it is ok to indulge is perfectly fine. I meditate every morning and know that truth, perseverance and determination keeps me moving forward. Most importantly, I surround myself with positive people that encourage me to be the best version of myself.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would share with my family and friends and give back to the community.
