How do you stay fabulous?I give gratitude & focus on my physical and spiritual wellbeing by staying aware of what I eat. Regenerative fruits and veggies, grass fed & finished beef, clean elixirs from Dr Barre Landó. I make conscious choices of using the most amazing, clean skincare, which, by the way, is handcrafted by my sweet soul sister, Dusty. It is so clean, you can eat it. I do coffee enema regularly, the most incredible way to flush out toxins from the entire body. Pilates & barre classes help me to stay strong
What would you do with the $40,000?I will donate a portion to the Giving Grace foundation for families that are less fortunate and Women’s Refuge. I will use some of it to make a memorial for my husband, who passed away 3 years ago. And the rest will be used to pay off debt and as needed for me and my family.
