I know who I am, I’m not afraid of anything, my joy comes from within & depends on my choices. I surround myself with wonderful friends. I wake each day embracing the richness of life with confidence, grace, and a sense of adventure. I am proud of my accomplishments and look forward to what may be next in my life. Most of all I am full of gratitude and joy for every experience that has brought me here. I have time to write and create and to spend with my daughter, son and grandchildren.
How do you stay fabulous?I pamper myself with Facial Yoga. Take time to think, pray, be grateful, I walk 3 miles 4 times a week taking notice of the beauty that surrounds me. After a certain age, you no longer have to rush, you realize how important being in the moment truly is. I fill my lungs with deep breaths of fresh air. I'm proud that I can bend at the waist and place my palms flat on the floor for a good long stretch. Laughter is my mental and physical medicine. I make sure I laugh hard every day.
What would you do with the $40,000?1st I would donate to Hope for Heather: Cancer Awareness Charity that is close to my heart. I've traveled to many countries, however, I've never been to England. Since I was and still am a hard-core Beatles fan, it would be my joy to go to Liverpool and see where these boys grew up, where they started their careers and of course to visit from the Cavern to Abby Road. I would take my best friend Terri and we would spend three weeks enjoying England.
