I have never felt the best after 40. I am single so that motivates me to look and feel my best. To be honest I look better now than 30.

How do you stay fabulous?I stay up to date with latest tools and products for hair and skin. I work out 3-4 times a week in style. I have an ‘It is what it is’ attitude and keep it pushing to minimize stress in my life. I post on social media often to remind myself and others how fabulous I am.
What would you do with the $40,000?3 things I would do: Buy myself a pair of Tom Ford shoes and handbag I been wanting Travel Europe with my daughter As a mortgage lender I would put the money to good use by coming up with marketing tools to help low income people by a home.
