What I love about my age is not feeling like I have to control everything. I embraced this while my late husband battled terminal cancer. There are times when we have to face the truth of life and accept it's not always in our hands. Letting go of fear, having faith, accepting kindness from others and showing compassion in return, can help remove the heaviest of burdens - making this stage of my life more harmonious in so many ways. 🎵
How do you stay fabulous?For me, fabulous is about always trying new things, letting go of things that aren't working, and daily gratitude for what is good, and working. Fabulous doesn’t mean a perfect life. Recently I was laid off from my company. I also finished some projects, started a new workout plan, and spent time with my son before he returned to college. Each day may not always feel like a gift, but each day brings gifts. Life is precious and recognizing the gifts helps me live each day as best I can.🙏
What would you do with the $40,000?The competition has ended for me. I made it to the Quarterfinals and ended in 2nd place and therefore did not advance. Thank you to all you supported me and the NBCF; I so appreciate it and wish you a Merry Christmas and a beautiful new year ahead.🎄🎉
