I love being over 40 (54 years old) because I have the emotional and intellectual maturity to embark in life with a new confidence. A confidence that ignites self-love, worthiness, and the fortitude to trust in the decisions I make. Being over 40 allows me time to invest in myself. A chance to redo those mistakes in life. A chance to try things I’ve never done and most importantly, my love of being over 40 brings me the serenity to slow down and appreciate life and those around me.
How do you stay fabulous?HAD TO CHANGE THIS ANSWER. I have to keep it real. Me staying FABULOUS is simple. Staying Fab is listening to my daughter make a silly joke & laughing about it. FAB is knowing that my daughter has a great dad even though I’ve re-married. Fab is appreciating having a great relationship with my spouse. STAYING FAB is NOT wearing a ton of make-up, posing in a fancy dress, or worrying if I'm pretty/smart enough. Staying fabulous is loving yourself & those around you.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would definitely add money towards my daughter's college fund. The remainder would be invested in a downpayment on rental property or utilized towards the purchase of stocks.
