How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by prioritizing my well-being, both inside and out. I maintain fit with regular trips to the gym, and staying active with yoga and walks in my favorite park. Nourish myself with healthy foods and practicing self-care. I also embrace my sensuality through music and dance, enjoying how it makes me feel. I mainly prioritize healthy connections with friends that add value to my life. I invest in my emotional wellbeing and embrace my journey!
What would you do with the $40,000?Expand my health and wellness business called Lighthouse Holistic Coaching to continue to empower and equip woman to create wholesome lifestyles. I will invest in a retreat place where woman can come process and heal. This place will be a sanctuary for others to find hope and direction this the name Lighthouse!!!
