From the funky 70s to the digital age of 2024, I’ve witnessed the world evolve, and here I am—living, thriving, and telling the story.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous over 40 is no accident. It’s the result of a health-conscious lifestyle and a commitment to work-life balance. My daily rituals include sun-soaked walks, meditation, prayer, and savoring the perfect espresso shot. I fuel my body with local fish, lean poultry, fresh veggies, vibrant fruits, and alkaline water, all while keeping carbs, fats, salt, and sugar at bay. And, with a passion for sustainable living, I’m dedicated to protecting the planet for future generations.
What would you do with the $40,000?What would I do with $40,000? I’d trade in my gas guzzler for an electric or hybrid vehicle. As someone who spends hours on the road for work, it would not only reduce my carbon footprint but also save precious resources and dollars—a win for both me and Mother Earth.
