I love the wisdom & maturity that comes with aging, which gives me a fresh perspective on life. I love that I’ve become a different person and I am confident in who I am. I am also embracing my physical traits as I age…it’s as if I’m a new person when I look in the mirror. I also love having the opportunity to share the wisdom I’ve gained with others & be influential.
How do you stay fabulous?My foundation is knowing my identity in Christ Jesus. Not only is this the core of who I am but the driving force of what I do & how I interact with others. There’s purpose in everything! Knowing this allows me to love & live intentionally by stewarding my mind, body & spirit well. Loving on myself looks like prayer & meditation throughout the day, working out, eating healthy, doing things I like, spending time with people I love, being open to the new & always in a posture of learning.
What would you do with the $40,000?I am the owner of Be(you)tiful Two:Ten LLC, a business formed to support & bring awareness to mental, spiritual & physical wellness for parents & their children through creative projects & Christian values. The financial gain would assist me in partnering & coordinating community events & obtaining the necessary resources to support the vision & mission. I would also invest in my children’s future by setting aside a portion to be utilized for education/career purposes once they become of age.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
