Being over 40 has been a delightful surprise! I now have a clearer sense of who I am, shaped by decades of learning experiences that built the foundation for the person I’ve become. I truly believe this stage of life is where things really start to get good!
How do you stay fabulous?Society often places limitations on women because of age, but I refuse to let age define or limit me. With good nutrition and regular exercise, we can fully embrace and enjoy life at any stage. I strive to be a positive role model, showing that it’s possible to age with grace, strength, and confidence, while redefining what it means to be 40 and beyond.
What would you do with the $40,000?My hometown in the Philippines is often hit by strong typhoons, and I am eager to contribute to our local officials’ disaster management efforts. Additionally, after being away for nearly a decade, I dream of traveling back to visit my family. It would be a heartwarming opportunity for my two young kids to finally meet their grandparents. Lastly, as a stay-at-home parent, I am also excited to launch a home-based business I’ve been planning for some time.
