I love being over 40 because it's an accumulated strength and wisdom, experience, and the freedom to live authentically. This phase of life is not about slowing down but about thriving and continuing to evolve, proving that the best years can indeed be ahead One of the hallmarks of being over 40 and fabulous is a deep-seated confidence. By this stage, I feel have a clearer understanding of who they are and what they want from life. This self-awareness feels like freedom!
How do you stay fabulous?I think being fabulous is being yourself; exuding confidence in your walk, your style and having grace. I work out and eat and eat as healthy as I can excluding chocolate lol! I think being fabulous is really a state of mind; although taking care of yourself is a big part of feeling good over 40, along with having a fierce attitude.
What would you do with the $40,000?I won $40,000, I would first plan a nice trip for my family and then have a little shopping spree so I can really be fabulous at my almost 45 years of age. I would also, love to go back to college and advance my degree in Educational Leadership. Next, I would invest in a pool; we moved into a new home recently and we would love to have a pool for the kids to play in daily. Lastly, with what's left over; I would save the rest until a new adventure presents itself.
