Being in my forties has taught me that each day is a blessing & starting each day with a new perspective is the way to go. I show gratitude wherever I can & serve my community as much as possible. While working as a single mom and also trying to balance my personal life-it's also extremely important to maintain my mental and physical health. I love that I now set boundaries not only for myself, but for my business. Family and friends are everything & time is precious.
How do you stay fabulous?I work in the beauty industry so I LOVE staying up to date on all of the makeup trends and looks for the new season. For exercise, I am a member of a woman owned gym in Hendersonville, NC where the workouts are just as amazing as the community. I run, play pickleball, hike in our beautiful mountains, and walk in the neighborhood as much as I can. Staying fabulous is also a mental thought and promise to myself that I am fabulous...and will continue to strive to be the best woman I can be!
What would you do with the $40,000?As of 9/29, lives were changed by Hurricane Helene in Asheville. My beauty business took a substantial hit in which I would love to support the artists that lost income. My church, Sleep Tight Kids & World Central Kitchen will be my go-to donations for charity & will choose a family to support that lost everything due to the Hurricane. I love my city & love to support my city. I plan to invest back into my business to help grow our mission to provide beauty as best as we can. Thanks everyone!
