Altho am about to be 42, I feel 12 due to the deep healing work I have done for years. I feel my life just started, my skin and face looks younger than my 20’s and I am completely in love with this new version of myself and the world I experience from this body. I love being over 40, because now I can look back and see how far I have come and live the rest of my life based on all that I learnt and integrated 🤎🙏🏾
How do you stay fabulous?Meditation at 4am. Gym at 6am. Vegan diet. Sunlight. And playing in Mother Nature.
