What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay down some credit card debt because I have a lot of it. I have about 35,000 worth of cc debt. I would not pay the whole amount upfront but my goal would be to pay half. I would get some minor renovations done to my house and then I would treat myself to a much needed vacation.
