What would you do with the $40,000?I would be paying off my mother’s second mortgage so she will not struggle anymore as a senior citizen. Living on a fixed income is difficult now for my mother as the cost of living keeps increasing and mortgage interest continue to climb. This money would allow my mama the ability to enjoy the rest of her life without the financial burden and hardship of a mortgage payment.
