I am 63 have two children and am CEO of a beauty company for over 25 years. I am passionate about fitness, beauty, animals and my faith.

After 40 I was more at peace with myself and realized what was most important in life. My career was established and financially I was settled. After 40 I learned that time was so valuable and I became more selective of how I spent my time. I was much more confident and took many more chances in life than I would have before I turned 40. There is nothing like the peace of mind I felt after 40 not concerned about all the little things that really don't matter.
How do you stay fabulous?I am passionate about fitness, nutrition and taking care of my skin, which started at a young age. Fitness and nutrition are a lifestyle which I prioritize daily even when I travel for business or pleasure. I am also in the beauty industry so I have always taken great care of my skin. I also prioritize sleep, no alcohol, lots of water and I love to educate my self on natural remedies. I challenge myself and set fitness goals each new year.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate a portion of the money to type 1 diabetes research, since my daughter is living with type 1, and I am committed to finding a cure. I would also treat my staff to a well deserved bonus.
