I love that being over 40 means I’ve finally arrived at a place of deep self-love and care. I’m more present in my body and focused on embracing today without the weight of yesterday or the worry of tomorrow. I have a clear understanding of what I want and need, without doubt or hesitation. Most importantly, I’ve learned that when God is for me, no one can be against me. This freedom allows me to be unapologetically myself, living authentically and joyfully every single day.

I stay fabulous by beginning each day with gratitude, ensuring I never make a move without first giving thanks. I keep my vibrational energy high by surrounding myself with positivity and spending time in uplifting environments. I prioritize staying in a space that brings me joy and aligns with my values. I also make it a point to smile often and treat others with kindness, knowing that the energy I put out shapes the experiences I attract. Gratitude, positivity, and kindness keep me glowing.

I would finally take a moment for myself after years of raising five beautiful children and facing the challenges of breast cancer and more over the last year. I would catch up my bills, take a trip to recharge, and move to a new place for a fresh start. A change of scenery would help me embark on my next chapter—one filled with hope, purpose, and a new career as a success coach. It’s time for me to thrive, embrace joy, and inspire others by turning my pain into purpose.
