I am more confident about who i am and also appreciate all i have right now. we all tend to be self critical but by your 40s you realize you have no time to waste and appreciate and revel in your own awesomeness that is right now!
How do you stay fabulous?I am going to turn 49 in one month. i focus on self care even though at times it seems impossible as a single mom. that means doing weight training 30 min a day 4x a week with 1 day of cardio and eating well. (Abs are born in the kitchen!) and getting sleep and staying hydrated. also staying mentally fit by letting yourself have bad days as we are all human but reminding myself the progress i make each day. Practicing gratitude daily of things like personal safety or beauty in simple joys .
What would you do with the $40,000?save and put in account for college fund for my son. it’s rough being a full custody single mom with no physical or financial help from dad, i hope to give my son the best chance at success in life despite the early obstacles in his childhood.
