Having journeyed through the ups and downs of life, I’ve discovered that this decade is not just a milestone but a magnificent awakening. In fact, 40 is the new 20! My battles with cancer and other health challenges have ignited a fire within me—a relentless drive to thrive and inspire. As I embrace my beautifully aged self, I recognize the strength that comes from every wrinkle and every laugh line. Let’s rewrite the narrative. 40 and beyond means we are not just surviving; but thriving!
How do you stay fabulous?Being fully transparent, my secret is, I use mild organic soaps from local artisans, drink loads of water, but gotta have at least one cup of coffee a day! I exercise when my health allows me by dancing around the house to my favorite music, along with light stretching each day. I don’t like wearing makeup daily, so I wear organic make up on special occasions. Diet is also a crucial part of my daily lifestyle. I enjoy journaling and meditation for my mental health as well, brain fog is real!
What would you do with the $40,000?This gift means everything to me! I would pay off mine and my daughter’s health expenses. It would provide us the treatment we need which includes; in home care needed for every day life. Such as; step ladders, hand rails, seating in my shower, etc…. This way we are able to get our lives back so my husband and I could travel and take a much needed vacation after 27 yrs of marriage, always sacrificing for others. So, this gift would be 100% life changing for me and my family.
