How do you stay fabulous?I practice inner peace through quietly walking in nature. I exercise, sometimes dancing alone in my kitchen. I eat simple organic foods, primarily fruit, salads and organic grains. I drink lots of water. I take good care of my skin- moisturizing, cleansing, exfoliating. I dress in ways that make me feel comfortable but stylish and more me! I think more about helping others than myself… and I remind myself to breathe slowly and deeply through stressful situations. I find spirit in all things…
What would you do with the $40,000?I would put a down payment on a retreat sanctuary with lots of shade trees surrounding- and have workshops and provide quiet spaces for other survivors so they too can find their peace.
