I’ve learned to let go of the past, appreciate the present, and embrace the future. It’s a liberating feeling to be truly myself and live life on my own terms.
How do you stay fabulous?For me to stay fabulous, I prioritize clean living, a strong prayer life, and unwavering commitment to self-care. Mental health is paramount, so I nurture my mind with positive thoughts and practices. A daily skincare ritual keeps my skin glowing, while a healthy diet and exercise routine fuel my body. Continuous learning keeps my mind sharp and curious. Embracing life’s beauty and challenges is the key to staying fabulous at any age.
What would you do with the $40,000?Winning $40,000 would be a dream come true. I’d use it to expand my menopause coaching practice, reaching more women with life-changing information. Financially, I’d support my husband’s recovery from his accident. This would allow me to make a positive impact on the world, helping women thrive during menopause and supporting my husband’s well-being. I would be overwhelmed with gratitude for this opportunity
