I try to motivate my friends and family to prolong their life by incorporating some form of exercise & doing the things that bring them joy!

I love that I’m in a place in my life where I have learned from past experiences and am able to apply those as life lessons to my children. I also love that I’m old enough to enjoy things with my adult children yet young enough that they enjoy them with me.
How do you stay fabulous?I live by the mottos “live your best life” and “dance like nobody’s watching”. I love living life to the fullest and spreading love and good energy to those around me. I also try to eat right and exercise when I can.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000 I would take my family on a vacation to Bali where we can enjoy the earth’s natural beauty together. And I’ve always wanted to take photos on that giant outdoor swing!
