I love the person I’ve become over 40. I love being so self aware of myself. I love how my nervous system is at peace because I choose what is good for me and what is not. I love the gratitude I have for the little things. I love the mom I’ve become for my son ( most important ) I love that I can be a good role model for him. I love the struggles I’ve been through in my life because they have made me the person I am today. Im so proud of the woman that I’ve become at 41.
How do you stay fabulous?Exercise saved my life, I’ll forever be thank for that. I workout 5-6 times a week with yoga, strength training and cardio. Not only for a strong body but more so a strong mind. I also love doing cold plunges and sauna sessions. I do that 1-2x a week.
What would you do with the $40,000?Oh my gosh. Well I would put money away for son’s education and take him on a trip to California ( he’s dying to go) .
