I have to say confidence! Learning to take better care of my body inside & out. After raising 2 daughters my hands were tied & didn’t have much time to focus on me. I always practiced great skincare at the best I could & my daughters followed in my footsteps ,now they are all grown up, they’re grateful for my guidance .As I approached my 40s, I signed up for 5k’s & a 15k’s joined a gym &started to focus on my health & took control of my hormones with HRT.Feeling better than in my 20’s.
How do you stay fabulous?I take the time for me 2x a week strength training at the gym . I walk as much as i can ,if weather is permitting ,i try to reach my 17,00 step goal.On my walks I lunge up bridges . I try to make a conscious effort to eat healthy & I do reward myself once in a while.My daughters remind me how proud they are to see me setting good examples for them & hopefully to have good health & energy for possibly future grandchildren.
What would you do with the $40,000?Wow! I would first be so thrilled with excitement & gratefulness & highly honored to be a winner . I’d like to take my Husband & daughters on a beautiful trip to Europe, especially Spain & Italy & stop by England for a few weeks to visit with all my family & to not worry about work & finances but spend quality time& experiences in life that’s truly a gift by itself . If there is a remaining balance , I would like to contribute to my 2 daughter’s savings account for their future..Thankyou
