At 58 I embrace and celebrate my age because I am still able to enjoy my favorite things like hot yoga, weightlifting and mountain biking!

I love having confidence in what I think and what I believe about the world and myself! It took a long time to get here, but what I think finally means more to me than what others think about me!
How do you stay fabulous?I am a pretty clean eater with the occasional splurge. I lift heavy weights 3 to times a week, I do hot yoga 5 times a week and I mountain bike weather permitting. I love getting outside as much as possible it is important to me and my mental health! I make time for my husband and my girlfriends and I look for moments that make me laugh! I’m close with my parents and my kids and have a lot of love in my life and I believe that is a huge part of good health.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate to my church first and then pay off our cars. The next would be a European cruise for my 60th birthday! I would love to bring my whole family along! My parents would be 88 and 90 at that time and they are in great health. We have never traveled out of the country together so that would be a great experience! I might also buy an e bike to keep up with some of my younger biking friends for the years to come 😀
