This is a wonderful question as I feel amazingly happier as I grow older! It’s so nice to feel more confidence, maturity, being able to laugh at just about anything and not sweat the small stuff!. There is a new sense of calm being over 40 and a feeling like you are floating in the clouds, having a bit more knowledge about life, love, and the know how to accomplish your dreams! How do you stay fabulous?Loving life and work definitely helps in staying younger. Since a small child I absolutely loved all sorts of cosmetics, and still go crazy for skin care! Having had Hodgkins Lymphoma in 2015, everyday is a little different and so of course exercise, -eating healthy, and trying to stay positive adds to longevity! Lastly, lots of laughter with my kids helps a ton!
