A sense of wholeness knowing. confidence and who you are, and what you bring to the table. Know you’re worth.

A few years back, I started taking 24 hour retreats where I totally selfcare. Good food, fresh air and great skin care product. Hotel Massage , good food, fresh air….I keep it moving.
What would you do with the $40,000?40 grand! Ooof! Would I have enough to do it all. I do use part of it to get my Yoga for Trauma certification. Part of it to hire my book editor, part for a family retreat (ptsd is hard in the family) and part of it, I would spoil my mom. My dad left her for a girl my age and she never rebuild her life. No one is there to tell her how beautiful she is and how much she is loved. I would want to take her somewhere, mother daughter vacation. Oh, and maybe some red bottoms. Just because.
