At this age of 41, I love the wisdom that life experiences has taught me. I've gained a new appreciation for this age and all that more life has to offer. Being over 40 has also brought me a new found freedom. My sons are grown now and the restrictions of coming and going are over. I can pretty much do what I want, when I want, and how I want. Wisdom and freedom!!!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by taking a holistic approach to self care... mind, body, and spirit. I feed my mind with positivity, hope, optimism, and continuous learning. I feed my body with plenty of exercise. I workout 5-6 days a week with high impact cardio and weight lifting. I try my best to eat a healthy diet, drink plenty of water, quality rest. I take care of my spirit with God's love, my favorite music, and quite time. And I love to shop to stay fly and fabulous.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off my son's college tuition, donate to a local children's charity in my city, and invest the rest. And do a little shopping for my self.
