How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous over 40 by prioritizing my health, both physically and mentally. Regular strength training keeps me strong, energized, and confident, while focusing on balanced nutrition fuels my body for everything life throws at me. I also practice mindfulness and self-care, making sure to recharge and stay centered. What would you do with the $40,000?Organize wellness retreats or weekend workshops for women over 50, focused on fitness, nutrition, mindset, and self-care. A luxurious setting with expert sessions on yoga, strength training, and overall wellness. I could retire and become a full-time health coach/personal trainer to women over 50.
