How do you stay fabulous?Healthy eating and proper nutritional supplements Always on the move - if I'm not running my kids around I am doing projects around my house to create an inviting home . Self care - learning about the most natural ways for vitality. Hydro facials , colonics , stretching , good skin care products . Surrounding myself with like minded individuals Humor - I don't take myself too seriously. It creates internal stress.
What would you do with the $40,000?A spiritual vacation where I can learn about more about holistic approaches to healthy living . I would also renovate parts of my home to make them feel like a sanctuary for myself and my daughters . I would love to open a community athletic center where kids and adults have the opportunity to practice and elevate their athletic goals.
