How do you stay fabulous?At 40 and beyond, I prioritize my physical and mental well-being. Regular exercise, mindful eating, and stress management practices have become integral parts of my routine, enhancing my overall health and vitality. I have lost 45 pounds. This period is marked by professional achievements and personal reinvention. Whether it’s advancing in my career, starting a new venture, or pursuing a long-held passion, I find joy in continuous.
