I love being over 40 because I have a new found appreciation for everything in my life. I enjoy being true to myself, love being surrounded by supportive and loving peers. Being over 40 also means I am fearless in all my endeavors and accomplishments. Plus it’s really so much fun!! I love having energy for new experiences and growth.
How do you stay fabulous?I do my best to workout regularly as well as practicing self care. Meditating every morning before I start my day has truly done wonders for me to stay FABULOUS!! Staying connected to family and friends is very important to my mental well being. Hearing from my two sons on a regular basis just brings me such joy! I feel like having joy in your life makes you feel more fulfilled.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would give back to my community by donating to local charities. Namely, women’s charities that support women’s health, safety and education. 🫶🏾
