I love that I am more authentic now. I am not worrying about what others think. I find that my friends consider me a leader because I show up unapologetically me and that inspires them to do the same. Being 48 I am more confident in who I am. I recently released my book Pieces of Me How I grew through my childhood trauma and I did so knowing I may be judged but helping others meant more. I have experienced life and I want to share that with those coming after me!
How do you stay fabulous?I am on a whole food plant based diet. After being diagnosed in June 2023 with breast cancer and doing chemo and radiation my goal was to get back healthy again! I started working out and exercising and doing my daily walks. I also eat right by staying away from alcohol. My goal is to take care of this body it’s the only one I get. I am a believer in starting my day with Gods Word and having the first one hour before I start my day to pray and meditate. Mind body and spirit all works together.
What would you do with the $40,000?At 48 I would love to finally own a home and I would use half of it to make my down payment. Then I would take my closest family members on a well needed all inclusive vacation on a cruise line to visit the islands of the Caribbeans! Then a portion to finish setting up my business that I started as a Life Purpose Coach called Inner Healing Life LLC. I want to invest in myself by taking my business to the next level so I can help more women find their life purpose! Also give back to NBCF!
