What makes me fabulous over 40 is that I feel good? I am in good health and shape for my age with five children and it’s motivation for me💪

I embrace about being over 40 about feeling good about my body the way I look & my health. Along with self improving in relationships feeling confident. And after being 40+, I’m being more thankful and grateful mentally and physically about my spiritual life. And being 40+, I don’t have to be concerned about pure pressure. I do my own thing and live my own life without having to live under somebody’s standards but my own. I like being 40+ where I rock my style and clothing feeling confident.
How do you stay fabulous?How I stay fabulous 40+ is doing what I love to do going out enjoying being around like-minded people I love to go to church praying And meditation is good for my mental when I’m at home and sometimes I fast to detox certain things that may have enter my temple which is sacred to me with health, I tend to not too much indulge and fast food restaurants. I enjoy cooking and listening to music that is very helpful for my mind, body and soul.
What would you do with the $40,000?What will I do with $40,000 is too Surely and invest To generate passive income that I am interested in becoming a realtor investor hoping to get that started to help out the community with homeless that escalated so high all over the world and of course pay off A couple of debts that I owe. And if I have enough to put funds down to become a first time homebuyer because my apartment is getting too small for my growing family
