What I love the most about being over 40 is that I feel vibrant, confident, and happy! I also love it that no one believes that I’m over 40! I still get carded everywhere I go.
How do you stay fabulous?My diet and routine is the way I stay looking and feeling young and healthy! I keep the weight off by eating only four dinner meals per week, lots of veggies and fruits, plenty of walking and water. Believe it or not, walking up and down steps helps a lot! What a lot of people don’t know is that the calf muscles are like your second heart. Keeping my legs fit is definitely a priority for me. Staying slim fit feels good because I know as women get older, weight loss gets more difficult as you age
What would you do with the $40,000?What I plan on doing with the $40,000 is starting a foot and head massage business. I have always wanted to be a business owner and it’s one of the reasons I went back to college at 38 years old! School is at the forefront of my life right now and I’m loving the opportunity and experience I’m having while doing this. It’s never too late to go back to school no matter your age or circumstances.
