What I love about being over 40 is the confidence that comes from truly knowing myself. I’ve built a strong career, am raising two small kids, and am launching a new beverage company while running my pet-sitting business. Daily exercise and clean eating keep me healthy, and the wisdom from life’s challenges makes me a better parent. Every trial has made me stronger, more independent, and empowered to create the life I want. Being over 40 feels like stepping fully into my power.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by taking care of myself inside and out. I exercise daily to stay strong and energized, and I fuel my body with clean, unprocessed foods, cutting out sugar. I prioritize self-care, get enough rest, and keep a positive mindset. Staying active in my career, raising my kids, and pursuing new ventures keeps me motivated. I embrace my individuality and the wisdom that comes with age, which makes me feel confident, strong, and empowered.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I would invest in my kids’ future by focusing on two key areas: launching my beverage company and paying off debt. I’d allocate funds to grow the business, creating a long-term revenue stream that benefits my family. By paying off debt, I’d free up resources, improving my financial situation and allowing me to reinvest more into the company. This would provide a stable foundation for my children’s future and financial security.
