What I love most about being over 40 is how I have grown comfortable with who I am. I don’t feel the need to try so hard to fit in or be “perfect”. My imperfections are what make me, well me! I’ve come to realize that true beauty is reflected on the outside when you’re content with who you are on the inside.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by taking care of my mind and body alike. The two go hand in hand. It’s so important to make sure that as women we make time to address our mental health. We are multitaskers and tend to put others first. It’s easy to forget about self care. You have to make time to take care of yourself in order to take care of the people around you. It’s not selfish, it’s necessary!
What would you do with the $40,000?If I were to win $40,000 there are so many things I would like to do! One of the things I’d do is take my family on a much deserved vacation. Making memories is priceless and those are the things that matter to me the most.
