Since turning 40, I stopped doing what other people expect of me and started to do what is best for me and my family and learning to stop people please and to love myself more. To live in the present moment and to appreciate life with the people who truly care about me. And I learned that fun doesn’t have to end , I want to have fun while dealing with life.
How do you stay fabulous?I make smart choices on what I eat bc it does affect your mental health. I exercise when I can and take vitamins. I use good products on my skin , and drink water. I meditate daily, and surround myself with people that love me for who I am. I love nature and my family and friends.
What would you do with the $40,000?I have been a stay at home mom for 14 years and we are on one salary, I would use it to pay off some debt, donate a portion to my church, take a family trip and if any left over save for my daughters college fund.
