What do you love about being over 40?

Enjoying being present as a mom to my 2 teens and 9 y/o as Im out of the "new" mom stage. Growing my relationship with my hubby of 21 yrs. Experiencing more confidence at this stage in my life as a woman makes me a better friend and in my career as a PTA allowing me to empower other women in their cancer journey.

How do you stay fabulous?

I love spending time with my family, and helping my husband in his workshop. My kids are 18, 15, and 9 so I am getting to experience different stages of mommy hood and, though challenging, loving all of it. I find fulfillment being plugged into our church on the P & W team. And I absolutely LOVE working with my patients and being an instructor at this stage of my career. Pouring into others is how I stay fabulous!

What would you do with the $40,000?

First is to tithe to my church. We do alot of community support and I would love to better support that, especially with recent Hurricane Helene. Then I'd use some of the money to further grow my website and start my second book on lymphedema. Would also like to donate to Alight at our Cancer center. And lastly, I'd want to give my husband the budget he needs to remodel our kitchen! And if a gently used car lands in the driveway for our 15 y/o daughter that'd be great too. :)
