I know many women say that 40 is just a number, but to me, it’s much more than that. It represents maturity, experience, and wisdom. I believe every stage of life brings its own challenges, continuously shaping and preparing us for the never-ending discovery of our true purpose. We need to embrace these challenges and understand that mistakes aren’t failures—they are lessons meant to be learned.
How do you stay fabulous?Recently, I started working with a fantastic nutritionist, and I feel better than I did in my 20s. I made this decision not out of concern for my appearance, but because I truly believe that proper nutrition can prevent many physical and mental health issues. I’ve seen quite a few people go through tough situations that could have been avoided if they had known more about balanced nutrition.
What would you do with the $40,000?I've been a volunteer for an organization called CMAX System, which focuses on providing shelter for displaced people affected by natural disasters, pandemics, and conflicts. Part of the money I raise will go to support their mission. I believe that when we are financially blessed, it's our responsibility to give back, and if possible, multiply that blessing. Helping others is a vital part of living a meaningful life, and I make it a point to be grateful every day for what I have.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
