I enjoy gardening, hiking and all things outdoors. I walk 3 to 5km a day with my wonderful dog. All these things help with being a health.

I love the freedom I have in being over 40. I have started a new chapter in my life and all the things that make me healthy and happy are now part of my new life I honestly can say that I have never felt healthier or happier then I do at this stage of my life.
How do you stay fabulous?I spend time with those I love. I enjoy my family time and I like being busy. Staying fabulous is just who and where I happen to be at this time of my life.
What would you do with the $40,000?I honestly don't know. I might spend some of it on a trip.
