How do you stay fabulous?I have been active all my life. As a fitness business owner, trainer and nutritionist I practice nol what I preach and make a point to workout and move daily, eat very healthy and get rest and practice kindness and mindfulness.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest it back into my fitness business, UnniFit that I use to reach other women so I can help them through menopause and beyond. As the sole owner and menopause specialist I want to help as many women as possible.
