My perspective on life has shifted dramatically. I’ve learned to appreciate the little moments that weave the fabric of daily life. I’ve come to realize that it’s the seemingly small moments that bring the most joy. They remind me to live in the present and embrace each experience fully. Being over 40 has also granted me a newfound confidence. I’ve learned to embrace my flaws and appreciate my uniqueness so now I recognize my strength and resilience. I embrace being over 40!
How do you stay fabulous?Fabulousness is about passion and pursuing what sets my soul on fire. I am more in tune with my interests and values than ever before, which allows me to live authentically. Whether it's engaging in community service or exploring new hobbies, I approach life with enthusiasm and an open heart. I have committed to nourishing myself with good food, staying active, and prioritizing mental health. This dedication enhances my physical appearance as well as every aspect of my life with vitality.
