Turning 40 is often seen as a milestone that comes with a variety of positive aspects. I find that I have a better understanding of myself and what I want in life. This age has also brought a sense of confidence and self-assuredness that I just didn’t have before. I have been through many hardships in my earlier years, including neglect, abuse, illness, and death of loved ones. These all have made me into the strong, resilient, and fabulous woman over 40 I am today!
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous is about nurturing both your inner and outer self, allowing you to radiate confidence and positivity. Here are some key strategies that help me maintain my fabulous essence: 1. Embracing Self-Care 2. Healthy Living 3. Being Kind 4. Mental Stimulation 5. Positive Relationships 6. Having Fun with Fashion 7. Mindfulness and Gratitude 8. Rest and Relaxation 9. Goal Setting 10. Enjoying the Little things
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won the grand prize of $40k, I would first donate 10% to a charity or tithe to my church. Second, I would save 10% for a rainy day and to build equity. Third, I would pay off any outstanding debts. And lastly, I would buy a safe, used car to travel in.
