For many years I dealt with fear, insecurities, and doubt. My spiritual journey has released all of those things as I journey into my 60’s.

For me the best thing about being over 40 is: All the things I have had to experience up this point has been a learning experience. As we know, what we believe in our 20’s is not the same as in our 30’s, 40’s and especially when we are in our 50’s. I love being a mother, grandmother and most of all just being myself.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by being honest with myself and the feelings I have about myself. I walk everyday three to four times a day 20-30 minutes each time. My prior food choices have also changed I’m eating more healthier foods. I make sure I get my rest, choosing people who I interact with are on the same page. The self love I give myself is the greatest thing I could ever do. Who knew that self love for yourself could create so much happiness in your entire being? Truly I love being who I am!
What would you do with the $40,000?If I were to win, I would donate to the local food banks and animal shelters here in Houston, and Los Angeles area(originally from Los Angeles). I have two grand daughters I would give $5,000 to each for investing in their future. It would be awesome to take my daughter and granddaughters on family vacation. I would probably treat myself to some Self Care adventures, Spa days, sight seeing and relaxing. Like I mentioned earlier, thing's, wants and desires change as we evolve and grow.
