Doing what I love keeps me fabulously over 60. I teach nutrition. I bake edible art . I write. novels. I inspire/motivate others to excel.

I am no longer burdened by the thoughts, feelings and/or actions of others. Experiencing a childhood trauma kept me psychologically paralyzed for too long. I have become free and I am now flying with joy.
How do you stay fabulous?I live every day with purpose and search for meaning. As a registered dietitian/fitness trainer, I truly believe a healthy lifestyle helps. My day begins at 5 AM walking my two girls (12-year-old Binah, a Havanese, and three-year-old Bella, an Aussie doodle, Australian shepherd). After breakfast, I work out for 30-45 minutes before seeing clients and/or filling bakery orders. In the evening I teach nutrition classes at at a local university. I'm lucky--I love everything I do.
What would you do with the $40,000?At the present time, I run my online bakery, TRACE OF SWEETNESS, from home. I dream of opening a small pastry shop where there are book club get-togethers and baking classes for all people of all ages. Like "Cheers," I want TRACE OF SWEETNESS to be the place where everyone knows your name (and favorite pastry).
